NORMAL, Ill. – Heartland Community College will transition to online instruction shortly after other universities announced the shift.

The announcement came a week after extending the college’s spring break as a response to COVID-19.

HCC will be offering a variety of services as they move toward online learning. Support services include academic advisement, success coaching, mental health counseling and tutoring.

Students can access these services by calling the Heartland Help Line at 309-268-8000 or reaching out via their website.

HCC faculty and staff will now be working remotely as they follow IDPH social distancing rules.

HCC administration will be exploring options for commencement and other end of the year activities as other colleges begin to do the same.
