The Illinois State Criminal Justice Asscociation is holding a “Murder Mystery Event” in Nov. 5, 7-10 PM.

The event will be held in the Prairie Room Bone Student Center. Participants will solve a murder case to try to win different prizes.

“…this event will show students what it’s like to be a real detective. Each table will have a bunch of evidence pieces that can help solve a murder case. It is up to the students to think like a detective and put together the pieces to figure who was the murderer and what their motivation was.” says Gianna Bottom, the president of the CJA, ” We will be giving out prizes to the first two tables to solve the case with the right suspect and motive.”

For more information about the event, or about the Criminal Justice Association, you can contact them through their Instagram @cja_illinoisstate.
