The event has taken place on the ISU quad in previous years, but moved inside the Bone Student Center due to excessive heat. The Illinois State University Police received a report of an on-campus assault at approximately 3:20 a.m. on Aug. 24. Four suspects confronted a student on a scooter near the Bone Student Center, knocking him off his scooter and punching him in the face.
