NORMAL, Ill.—ISU Police and Normal Police responded to a report of a strong armed robbery and stolen vehicle.
On the 200 block of W. Mulberry St. near Manchester Hall an ISU student reported she was walking from her car when an unknown male suspect approached her demanding her wallet and car keys.
After which the suspect fled in her vehicle driving north on Fell Street. There were no weapons involved and no reported injuries.
