NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State University Women’s Golf team finishes second in Jacksonville at the Sea Best Intercollegiate.
The Redbirds shot four-under-par and were led by graduate student Jinyoung Yun, who carded a four-under through the three rounds.
Freshman standout Jessica Jolly joined Yun in shooting under par, while Jolly shot one under par. Jolly’s best day was on day two, scoring a three-under.
Senior Lory Paradis shot one over after the three rounds, highlighted by here even par in the first two rounds.
Elise Fennell was the final scorer for the Redbirds, as the freshmen shot a two-over tournament. Fennell bounced back after her four-over start by scoring three under on day two.
The last Redbird golfer of the tournament was redshirt junior Morgan Jones. Jones struggled this tournament scoring six over on the tournament.
