NORMAL, Ill. – A Bloomington orthopedic surgeon is faced with several sexual assault charges and pleads not guilty.
Shaun Kink was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault of a person with a disability, a Class X felony; other felony charges of criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual assault and criminal sexual abuse.
Kink’s attorney, Peter Wisc did not want to comment on the case, but said they are going to work “for the best possible outcome.”
Kink will return to court for a status hearing March 2.
