Second Look: January 19th

On this week’s episode of Second Look, WZND’s Joey Delahunty and Jaden Cohn took a look at the LA wildfires, the recent TikTok ban, and a new exhibit at Bloomington’s Jazz Upfront.

The show opened with an interview between WZND’s Courtney Conroy and Jayce Eustice from the Illinois branch of the American Red Cross. They discussed the LA wildfires and how we’ll be seeing the effects of it locally. (0:53-6:10)

After that, Joey talked to Prairie Pride Coalition Board President Dave Bentlin about the organizations new exhibit on the Harlem Renaissance, which opened at Bloomington’s Jazz Upfront titled “As Gay as it Was” this past Thursday. (14:00-19:47)
