On this week’s episode of Second Look, WZND’s Jaden Cohn and Rachael Deerfield took a look at media’s influence on the 2024 election, a recent approval from Bloomington city council and checked in with the Bloomington Bison.

The show opened with Allie Hunn from the WZND news team talking with ISU school of Communication professor Andrew Ventimiglia on the effect social media plays during election season. (1:00 – 8:15)

Next, the team dove into the recent approval from Bloomington city council on the Mahomet aquafer and the draft illustrated by council member John Danenberger. (8:40 – 12:28)
