UPDATE: Arrest made during Missing 7-Month Old

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Bloomington Police have made an arrest during the missing infant investigation. BPD is seeking help from the public in locating a missing 7-month-old juvenile. Zaraz V. Walker of Bloomington, Illinois was reported missing on 2/13 at approximately 11:20 pm. Walker is a black female infant, with black hair and brown eyes.
