NORMAL – Today is the Normal municipal election. At the Bone Student Center on the campus of Illinois State University, voter turnout has been average in comparison to previous municipal elections. The voter turnout at one polling place, Hansen Student Center on the campus of Illinois Wesleyan University, has been fairly modest.
