NORMAL – Today is the Normal municipal election. At the Bone Student Center on the campus of Illinois State University, voter turnout has been average in comparison to previous municipal elections. Election judge Donna Beyer confirmed that around 90 people had voted at that precinct throughout the day, which was about 20 percent of all registered voters. The voter turnout at one polling place, Hansen Student Center on the campus of Illinois Wesleyan University, has been fairly modest.
