NORMAL, Ill.- Normal’s Urban forest will be receiving the attention it needs with the approval of a resource group who will be taking inventory of all of trees in the area. The Normal Town council approved a contract with Davey’s Resource Group for over $40,000 to enable the group to conduct a street tree inventory.
